Introduction

Ancient Creations, Inc. operates www.AncientCreations.com ("Web Site"). Pursuant to an agreement with Ancient Creations, Inc. ("Ancient Creations") provides customer service and product fulfillment for the Web Site.   At Ancient Creations, we recognize that our customers care a great deal how personal information is used and shared, and have created this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to inform you of our information collection, use and sharing practices for this Web Site. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at this Web Site, and does not cover any information collected offline by Ancient Creations (unless specifically stated).

Security

Personal information provided on the Web Site and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL.  In addition,  your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area.

You may purchase online merchandise by calling Ancient Creations toll-free 888-382-8885.  One of our customer service associates will gladly take your order or answer any questions you may have about our products.  Our normal Corporate office business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

We take appropriate physical, electronic and administrative steps to maintain the security and accuracy of personally identifiable information we collect, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access. We appreciate your business, and want to ship your items to you in the safest and expedient manner available.  Unless otherwise noted, we will ship via Fed Ex, 2nd day air.  

“No Refund, Store Exchange or Credit Only” policy

In the event that a purchase is made and you are unhappy with the product, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the retail value paid, minus the tax or shipping charges.  If there is considerable wear on the item, or damage to the coin or artifact, we reserve the sole right of refusal to accept or refuse the item being offered for return.
